Who has it and who want’s it

You know you got a good deal when you bought a car that looked basically new and only didn’t run because the carburetors weren’t attached and some issues with the gas line, but you find rusted out cars with trashed interiors for several thousand more.

It seems that P1800’s and just 1800’s in general are gaining in value and are starting to be noticed more, making them harder to find. I’ve included some wanted ad’s just from ONE CITY alone. There are hundreds more ad’s on craigslist across the country. I also included a photo of the only four 1800 series cars I could find on craiglist, which is surprisingly low. I can’t believe I actually found mine, because I haven’t seen one in my state for quite a while. I did notice that the wagon series seems to be on the market more often, even though they are more rare than the standard coupes. They are also more valuable due to their rarity, but I find the coupes are still even rarer and more expensive due to the fact that once somebody buys one, they never sell it, making them more desirable, even though they produced about five times more than the wagons. Hagerty made an article in February of last year that predicted the increase of price in the 1800 series, which ended up being correct. I’m glad I got one when I did, I probably wouldn’t be able to afford one now.
